Reserving an alumni table in the Uni Pavilion

We offer you the opportunity to reserve an alumni table, if you wish to meet your former fellow students and friends at a specific time in the Uni Pavilion,

1. Controller and data protection officer

Information concerning the controller and data protection officer can be found in the data protection declaration of the University of Stuttgart.

2. Description and categories of data

The form structures your entered data in a database. In addition, the date and time will be recorded in the database. 

3. Purpose

Implementation and confirmation of the registration, processing of the event.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is article 6 paragraph 1 lit. e Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DS-GVO, EU Data Protection) in connection to paragraph 3 Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DS-GVO, EU Data Protection) in connection to § 4 Landesdatenschutzgesetz (LDSG, Federal State Data Protection Law).

5. Recipients

The Office of Alumni Relations implements the registration and processes it. This entails assisting attendees with questions when registering or questions concerning the event.

First name and surname will be forwarded to the Budget Office of the University of Stuttgart to account the catering costs.

6. Duration of storage

The entry will be automatically deleted from the database after six months. 

The copy in the form of a table will be stored locally and deleted four weeks after the end of the event. 

An exception is the list of attendance with your title, first name and surname, which is needed for accounting the catering costs because of budgetary restrictions, and hence will be saved along with other budgeting records for ten years.

7. Consequences of non-entry, possibility of objection or elimination

Without mandatory information, registration and therefore participation in the event cannot be carried out.

For registration, this electronic form is the easiest option. However, it is voluntary.

Alternatively, you can register by fax (number: ++49 (0)711-685-82184) by filling out, printing and faxing this form. Registration by post is also possible, for which you can send the completed form to: University of Stuttgart, Office of Alumni Relations, Geschwister-Scholl-Str. 24 B, 70174 Stuttgar, Germany.
